Graduated from the Faculty of Law of Catholic University of Santos, with more than 20 (twenty) years of experience in civil litigation and labor, family law and is specialized in these areas.
Dr. Eduardo Costa da Silva
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo, and in Technology from FATEC-SP, as well as holding an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from the same university. He lectures legal and business matters in specialization courses and at the MBA level.
Dr. Felipe Fernandes Rocha
Expert in International Business Law, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo. He has been engaged in prominent roles in the public and private sectors and is a lecturer in specialization courses. He is currently studying Economics at the University of São Paulo.
Dr. Fernando Szarnobay Canutto
Graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 2009 and is responsible for the Corporate, Contract, International and Administrative Law areas. He is studying in the Advanced Law Program in Mergers & Acquisitions from the International Institute of Social Sciences/University Extension Center.
Dr. Flávio Loureiro Paes
Graduated from the Faculty of Law of South Minas (Faculdade de Direito do Sul de Minas) and also holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting. Lawyer with 30 (thirty) years of experience in Civil Litigation, Labor and Maritime Law, held executive positions in Shipping Companies and Employer Associations in the sector, and was adviser of OGMO (Labor Management Body) and member of CAP (Port Authority Council).
Dra. Ana Paula de Freitas Rodrigues
Expert in Tax Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), she teaches Substantive and Procedural Tax Law classes in undergraduate, post-graduate and preparatory courses. She is a lawyer active in litigation and tax consultancy.
Dr. Marcelo Godke Veiga
Graduated from Catholic University of Santos, expert in Contract Law from the University Extension Center, holds a Master of Law from Leiden University (Netherlands) and an L.L.M from Columbia University School of Law (USA). His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, banking and capital markets. He is Professor of Banking and Capital Markets Law at FAAP.
