This area is responsible for subjects related to private (civil) law, including:
• Legal advice in the area of Family Law and Inheritance, acting in divorce, separation, child support and alimony, custody, guardianship, inventories, wills, estate planning for individuals, families and companies;
• Legal advice in the area of real-estate, assistance in the purchase, sale and rent of residential and non-residential buildings; real-estate amalgamations; urban allotments; drawing up of contracts, public deeds and examination of documents related to operations involving real estate;
• Questions regarding claims, possession and expropriation. Acting in offices for the register of real estate, and other government offices in order to regularize the purchase or sale of real estate;
• Damages;
• Consumers' rights.
